 “The Eleventh Hour” is a television drama series produced by Alliance Atlantis, Canada’s largest Movie and Television Production Company. It is currently aired in Italy on RAI 4, under the title “L’Undicesima Ora”.
Unhappy with the shrinking audience, the TV network that broadcast a fictional television news-magazine series, “The Eleventh Hour”, decided to enrol a new executive producer to re-orient the series in a more rating-driven tabloid format.
Tensions between the ratings imperative and journalistic ethics of the senior staff are on the way…

“The Eleventh Hour” was nominated for 14 Gemini Awards in 2003, and won for Best Dramatic Series, Best Actor in a Leading Role and Best Supporting Actor. The show was nominated for Best Dramatic Series Gemini Awards again in 2004.
In 2005, the show won Gemini Awards for Best Dramatic Series and for Best Writing.
